Our team of talented professionals visits factory, audit complete taxation and registration documents, audit production line and capacity and check factory's past order records to make sure that factory can actually follow our production criteria.
Quality Assurance
Our team checks quality of material. Measure all physical and chemical combinations. Perform color and shape change tests in drop, heat, burn tests. Team makes sure that product matches with client's given standards.
Sample Testing
After material and product quality check, team places 3 product sample orders. We ship one sample to client. Keep one sample in our office for lab tests and one sample as archive.
Contract with Supplier
After complete sample evaluation, team makes a professional detailed oriented contract with manufacturer. In that contract team takes following aspects very seriously: ie. price change policy, quality maitaining, production time, maximum %age of return and damage rate, material combination, finishing quality measures, packaing and labeling, box and carton dimensions etc.
